All payments are processed securely by a third-party payment provider, and are protected by encryption. Should you return any of your order and are due a refund, we will refund the value of your order via the payment method you originally used.

DELIVERY

We offer a flat fee shipping rate as follows:

Canada: $15 for orders under $99
United States: $25 (CDN) for orders under $99

Orders over $100 are shipped for free.

Items are generally shipped within 48 hours, you should receive them within 3-5 business days upon shipment. If you'd like expedited shipping you may contact us to arrange alternate delivery.

Returns

REPLACEMENT

If you received defective, damaged, or incorrect products, please contact us through the information provided in your delivery and provide a photo of the products that you received to confirm the condition of your order. Our team will provide replacement assistance.

If your order experienced problems with shipping or delivery, please reach out to us. To receive timely assistance, please provide your order number and confirm your full shipping address in your information form.

Please contact us regarding any assistance you require within 30 days of your order’s purchase date. After 30 days we are unable to guarantee that return, refund, or replacement assistance can be offered to remediate the order issue you experienced.

RETURNS

We only accept the return of orders that are unopened, unused, and within 14 days of their delivery.

You are entitled to cancel your order before we have shipped your package without giving any reason for doing so. Any orders cancelled after shipment can be returned within 14 days however, shipping returns are not postage paid.

You can inform us of your decision by e-mail (email address will be provided with bill of sale).

We will reimburse you no later than 7 business days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement. No restocking fees will apply.
